In the early 2000s, Spratlin and Son set its sights on becoming a small construction firm with the capability and financing to outperform the competition on larger construction projects. By embracing a model built around efficiency, teamwork, and relentless follow-through, we have experienced strong, yet very controlled growth during the past decade. This model gives us the ability to bring exceptional value to the client on a very large range of project sizes.
